NAIROBI, Kenya, Jan 24 – Kenyan Premier League (KPL) sponsors Sportpesa and Supersport have agreed to release financial details of their contracts with the league governing body.
With this new development KPL and Football Kenya Federation (FKF) will meet on Thursday, January 26 under the facilitation of the Sports Tribunal to strike a final deal.
The only sticky issue holding the final decision is the financial bit with KPL having floated a 69 million shilling figure as the amount needed for two extra teams.
