As the cost of food keep rising, Kenyans online have resorted to injecting some humour with memes to illustrate how unaffordable basic commodities have become.

This even as State House Spokesperson Manoah Esipisu on Sunday said there are plans to pass a supplementary budget in parliament to cushion Kenyans.
