That there is confusion as to how to handle NASA Supreme leader Raila Odinga on Tuesday is an open secret.

Uhuru has invited a number of international dignitaries that he wish not to witness Police and Mugiki takibg on NASA supporters on Tuesday the day he will be sworn in fir his second term.

Check below confusing statements by spokesman Eric Kiraithe;

Press Briefing By Government Spokesperson.

1. Erick Kiraithe Part 1:

“The government is currently very keen and careful. We are monitoring every step the opposition leader, Hon Raila Odinga is making. Any attempt to swear himself in is tantamount to treason. We shall arrest you and prosecute you. We will not spare you because we are a country that abides by the rule of law.”

2. Erick Kiraithe Part 2:

“If at all Norman Magaya and his opposition bandwagon wants to swear in Hon Raila Odinga and HE Kalonzo Musyoka, let them do so at their own peril because it will have no bearing on Kenyans. We have a constitutionally elected president who shall be sworn in on Tuesday at Kasarani. That is Uhuru Kenyatta, not the one at Uhuru Park.”

3. Erick Kiraithe Part 3:

“We are pleading with Hon Raila Odinga not to put this country in a precipice. We all know that if he swears himself in, Kenya is going to plunge into war. Therefore if Mr. Odinga is a statesman and believes in the rule of law, he should not swear himself in. This government is very huge. We assure you that we must have something for him. He can join Uhuru and we form a government of national unity.”
