Lang’ata MP Nixon Korir survives election petition

Nixon Korir will remain Lang’ata MP after a High Court on Tuesday upheld his victory.

Court on Tuesday ruled that Korir was validly elected.

Justice Lucy Njuguna further said the four petitioners failed to prove any of the allegations.

She has ordered the petitioners to pay Sh5 million to Korir and IEBC.
