Nandi Hills MP Alfred Keter was on Friday morning arrested at Central Bank of Kenya headquarters in Nairobi.
The vocal MP was arrested for presenting forged treasury bills worth sh633 million.
Also arrested were his two accomplices.
“The forged treasury bills were presented today and had allegedly been issued by Central Bank years ago,” CBK spokesperson Wallace Kantai told journalists.
