The school has proven excellence, particularly on the academic and leadership front, with a British Curriculum – IGCSE system set-up for children between 5 – 6 years. The ideal candidate must at least 2 years’ experience teaching children between 5- 6 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all duties as required of an academic educator.
- Commitment to subject related activities.
- Create lesson plans for each class based on your experience and the pupils’ specific needs.
- Lead a classroom first by example of conduct and by instructing leaners through teaching excellently.
- Incorporating the school’s values into daily teaching.
- Total commitment to extra-mural activities.
- Introduce interactive activities into the classroom and encourage students to vocalize their concerns and questions.
Qualifications:
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in E.C.D.E from a recognised Institution of higher learning.
- Must have experience teaching children between 5 – 6 years.
- Must have experience working with British Curriculum – IGCSE system.
- Must be passionate about children and a bubbly personality.
- Must have a Kenyan Certificate of Good Conduct.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with colleagues, students and parents.
- Energetic self-motivated and able to use own initiative.
- Enthusiastic and flexible.
- Good organizational and administrative skills.
- Must be a team player.
