Technicians – Abu Dhabi

Our client a leading manufacturer of wireline & slick line pressure control equipment in Abu Dhabi is looking to recruit Technicians who will be trained to strip, service and assemble pressure control equipment. The ideal candidate must be willing to work in arduous conditions – heat & humidity. It is a legal requirement by UAE that all workers undergo medical examination I.e. HIV, syphilis, TB, Hepatitis and Yellow fever.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Strip pressure control equipment.
• Servicing of the equipment
• Perform assembling for the pressure control equipment.
• Implement preventative maintenance measures.
• Perform other maintenance duties as requested.

Qualifications:

•  Must have a Diploma in mechanical engineering.
• Must have ability to read schematics.
• Must be willing to work arduous conditions – heat & humidity
• Must be able to lift a 50lb weight repeatedly from floor to waist.
• Experience in nondestructive testing and hydrostatic is an added advantage.
• Must be willing to work abroad.
• Excellent written and spoken English essential.
• Must be technically astute.
• Must not be more than 35 years.
• Must have a certificate of good conduct.
• Must have a clean bill of health.
• Must have a valid travel passport.
