Commercial Solar Installer & Service Electrician – Nairobi.

Our client, a well-established Renewable Energy Company involved in the maintenance of Commercial Solar Farms is looking for a disciplined Commercial Solar Installer & Service Electrician with experience in handling Solar Panels, 750Kw – sized. The ideal candidate must be good with cables and wiring systems, with a valid Driving License and easy to travel. The candidate must have a Higher Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:
• Servicing and maintaining 750Kw sized solar panels.
• Effective installation of the Solar Panels in the client’s farms.
• Travelling to 4 client farms to ensure point-to-point maintenance of the Solar systems.
• Keeping a proper record of work schedule and supplies to ensure timely action.
• Liaising with clients to receive and action all Technical related complaints.
• Help in building Clientele data base by ensuring that the available clients are well maintained.
• Work independently and ensure swift and timely flow of operations on the Technical field.

Qualifications:
• Must have a Higher Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Must have a valid Driving License.
• Must have 3 Years of Experience, working in a similar field.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Must have the ability to manage 4 solar plants simultaneously.
• Must have experience, installing and servicing 750Kw sized Solar Systems.
• Must have the ability to handle 1000 – 2000 panels at a time.
• Must have worked in a busy commercial Renewable energy (Solar System) company.
• Must have excellent client management skills.
