Our client, a leading boutique and spa that specializes in the sale of natural beauty, cosmetic and personal care products, as well as offering non-surgical treatments and massage treatments, is seeking to recruit Sales Executives. The ideal candidate MUST have experience selling high-end beauty products before.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and direct customers
• Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
• Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
• Cross-sell products
• Ensure racks are fully stocked
• Provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services
Qualification:
• Must have a Diploma/Certificate in Beauty/Therapist
• Must have experience working in the beauty industry
• Must have superior verbal communication skills
• Must be neat and well presented
• Must have Basic Computer skills i.e. Microsoft Office and Database skills
• Must be courteous.
• Must have good presentation skills
• Must be persistent.
• Must be creative.
• Must be flexible and willing to work extra hours
