Key Responsibilities:
Organizing for profitable sales volume, market share, and other key financial performance objectives.
• Establish and maintain productive peer-to-peer relationships with customers and prospects.
• Spotting market opportunities for new customers.
• Monthly reporting on sales performance against budget and reporting on variances.
• Understand the customer needs and research the market and related products.
• Present the product or service favourably and in a structured professional way.
• Listen to customer requirements and present appropriately to make a sale.
• Negotiate on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers.
• Create detailed proposal documents for formal bidding process.
• Liaise with traffic to check the progress of existing orders.
• Record sales and order information and sending documentation and reports to the lead.
• Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s / master’s in business administration or equivalent.
Minimum Seven years of sales management experience in a business-to-business sales environment / service industry.
• Previous experience successfully managing sales teams ideally from a similar industry.
• Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth in a business.
• Strong leadership skills and an ability to inspire sales teams.
• Experience in the Out of Home Advertising Industry will have an added advantage.
