Our client, a family owned High-End Retail Chain that primarily sells over 50 luxury men’s wear brands is looking to recruit a Sales Executive to be based in their Westlands branch. The successful candidate will be required to combine their knowledge of menswear, engaging personal manner and excellent ability to listen to customers’ tastes and requirements. He/she MUST have retail experience (luxury is a bonus!) and a desire to succeed in a dynamic retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure customer service is always of the highest standards .
• Ensure the store and company sales targets, policies and procedures are met and maintained.
• Actively liaise, communicate & develop good relations with the team and Senior Management.
• Ensure the store maintains excellent visual presentation which is consistent with company guidelines.
• Prospecting of potential wholesale clients.
Qualification:
• At least 2 years’ high turnover store/concession management experience.
• A diploma in Business Administration.
• Background with a fashion-forward footwear, accessory or fashion brand.
• A customer service ambassador.
• Proven ability to drive sales and team.
• Excellent ability to work with an ERP system.
• Great interpersonal skills.
• Natural ability to network.
• Extroverted personality.
• Must be willing to work Monday – Saturday.
• Immaculately presented and representative of our luxury/fashion forward brand in every way.
