Babu Owino’s election victory upheld

The Supreme Court has upheld the election of Embakasi East Member of Parliament Babu Owino.

In its ruling on Friday, the Supreme Court ruled that the first time MP was validly elected.

Mr Owino’s (ODM) win was challenged by Francis Mureithi the Jubilee party candidate.
