Shock as IEBC invalidates Mariga’s nomination for not being registered voter

IEBC has invalidated the nomination of footballer McDonald Mariga as the Jubilee Party candidate for November 7 Kibra constituency by-election.

The IEBC returning officer ruled that Mariga was not a registered voter, which is one of the requirement for all candidates.
