Deputy President William Ruto was heckled by a crowd he was addressing in Narok on Thursday to mobilise residents to register as voters.
The DP was shouted down by a section of the crowd at a rally in Sogoo Secondary School after he told them to acquire national IDs and register as voters.
The angry residents claimed they were being asked to pay to get the national IDs and further criticized the government’s development record in the area.
