President Uhuru Kenyatta's 2016 - 2017 End Year Speech.

The president of the republic of Kenya Uhuru Kenyatta gave a speech that marked the end of 2016 and welcoming the New year 2017.

He declined to address the Doctors strike saying the Government is not financially stable enough to meet their demands.
