Quins complete double over Impala in Ngong Road derby

NAIROBI, Kenya, Jan 28 – Kenya Harlequin overcame rivals and neighbors Resolution Impala Saracens 36-22 to complete a double in the Ngong Road derby played at the RFUEA Ground on Saturday.

Elsewhere, KCB underlined their determination to reclaim the Kenya Cup with a great display during their clash with Champions Kabras at KCB Sports club.

The Curtis Olago squad wrestled back to grab a 22-17victory over the tough attacking opponents.

KCB began assault in the first half with Davis Chenge handing the bankers the first try of the game before Oliver Mangeni added a second one to make it 10-0.

It was sweet victory for the lions as the clicked into gear to grab their eighth win this season.  Darwin Mukidza converted to make it 12 0 during the first half.

Second half action saw Martin Owila make a try to see the Bankers leading   17-0 while Darwin Mukidza had his second conversion making it 19-0.

He then added a penalty to make it 22 -17 leaving the Bankers with 40 points.
