The study conducted by the Kenya Medical Research Institute has further revealed that those who chew miraa are less likely to be obese due to the suppressed appetite for food.
The multi-million research funded by the government released on Thursday, February 10 also established that those using the herb are less likely to develop heart complications.
On matters to do with the bedroom, the research carried out in Meru and Embu counties found out that the herb enhanced sexual stimulation.
