One man was stabbed to death in Mathare 4A area on Wednesday following skirmishes between supporters of Ruaraka MP Tom Kajwang and Senator Elizabeth Ongoro.
Senator Ongoro has declared interest to vie for the Ruaraka parliamentary seat in the August general election.
Police have identified the deceased as 30 year-old Dan Onyango.
He was stabbed in the chest.
A second victim, Paul Onyango, survived thet attack with cuts in the face.
