Our client is a supplier of heavy commercial spare parts and is looking for an experienced and well organized Inventory Shop Manager that will be tasked with inventory management, display of products and advise management of the stocks in place. The Shop Manager must have proper knowledge of heavy commercial spare parts.

Location: Nairobi
Salary: 50k plus bonuses

Inventory Manager Job Responsibilities

• Proper inventory of all the stock at hand
• Daily reporting of inventory to management
• Coordinate resources and ensure timely delivery of jobs.
• Manage the staff doing inventory
• Ensure proper display f goods at the shop
• Assist in the procurement process for supplies required within the shop.
• Generate progress reports on a regular basis for the directors.
• Perform Strategic Planning and budgeting to maintain cost efficient practices and to ensure cost effective operations.
• Ensure that clients are communicated to and updated on order status at all times.
• Receive and review feedback from customers and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Able to work with the Directors to investigate customer complaints and concerns arising & suggesting appropriate solutions.
• Develop and implement systems to record, file and store information pertaining to client inquiries.
• Frequently monitor staff performance and organize training for underperforming employees.

Qualifications for the Inventory Manager Job

• Degree in a related field.
• 2-3 years experience in a similar position
• Must have experience working in an Auto industry with expert knowledge in heavy commercial spare parts.
• Good time management skills
• Team Leader skills
• Ability to Maintain high-quality standards
• Basic Computer Skills
