Lesotho Deputy Prime minister Mothetjoa Metsing has announced his country will undertake major constitutional changes after visiting Jubilee Party offices in Nakuru county.
Metsing who is leading a delegation from Lesotho said that the visit was necessitated by the fact that Kenya enjoys the most progressive constitutional making process.
