Commuters were on Monday morning stranded after a train stalled at Taj Mall Embakasi roundabout blocking one lane.
Matatus were unable to access the Outer Ring Road while those stranded inside the stalled train were unable to get to work on time.
By the time of publishing, the train had stalled for three hours as the Rift Valley Railways tried to explain and apologize to commuters.
