Sonko set to unveil Igathe as his running mate

Senator Mike Sonko is expected to unveil Vivo Energy CEO Polycarp Igathe as his running mate for Nairobi’s gubernatorial contest in the August 8 General Elections.

The unveiling ceremony of Sonko’s running mate is set to be held at the Jubilee Party headquarters on Tuesday.

The two will face off with Governor Evans Kidero and his deputy Jonathan Mueke who are contesting for the seat on a National Super Alliance (Nasa) ticket.
