They seek to hire an Assistant Programme Manager who assist the Programme Manger in enhancing quality M&E , ensuring proper use of M&E frameworks and tools to maintain quality program delivery for the organization.

Assistant Programme Manager Job Responsibilities
- Coordination of Projects, Programmes to ensure high quality results
- Collection of Programme data/information and preparation of Programme reports
- Supervision of registration processes for participants and institutions
- Facilitating Capacity building for young people and adults
- Assist in programme design and implementation with knowledge in any of the following; Training, research, digital learning, resource mobilization and development of M&E plans, frameworks for all the programmes and projects in the organization.
- Assist in designing of M&E plans and systems, identify key performance parameters for new programmes and projects and ensure the effective use by staff, partners and stakeholders as necessary
- Work with Programme Manager at inception phase to define M&E plans for each project, log frames, and targets, implement the donor’s requirements, create long term plans, etc
- Build capacity of staff in project monitoring and data collection against set indicators, and use of such information in development of project reports
- Assist in formulating baseline measures and targets, during writing and set up of donor project proposals as well as throughout project implementation
- Promoting the Award Brand
Qualifications for the Assistant Programme Manager Job
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in the Social Sciences.
- At least 3 years’ experience working in the social development sector, youth development experience will be an added advantage.
- Must have Experience in Monitoring and Evaluation.
- HELB loan clearance certificate (where applicable),
- Certificate of good conduct
- Good coordination, writing, analytical skills
- Excellent problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
