Wedding Bells for DJ Kalonje as He Proposes to Girlfriend in Dubai

Locally renowned mix master Kamonye George Waweru, popularly known as deejay Kalonje, is all set to quit the bachelor’s club.

Wedding bells are ringing louder than ever for the disc jockey after he popped the big question to his girlfriend.

Kalonje, who prefers to keep his private life away from prying eyes, broke the news on social media yesterday.

The Dj, who build a name for himself by supplying Nairobi matatus with his mixtapes, proposed to Sonnie Kangai in Dubai a few days ago.

Sharing a picture of Sonnie flaunting her engagement ring, Kalonje simply wrote: “She said yes!”

The two have been together for quite a while and are blessed with two kids.
