Our client, a leading conference and exhibition organizer is seeking to recruit an Account Sales Representative. The successful candidate must be self-confident and be able to interact with all levels of management in the course of contracting a sale of exhibition space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify markets and relevant target companies & organizations.
- Initiates sales process by scheduling appointments; making an initial presentation by understanding client requirements.
- Closes sales by building rapport with the potential client, explaining product and services, overcoming objections and preparing contracts.
- Expand sales to existing clients by introducing and offering new exhibitions and additional services.
- Relay information to Directors on market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from clients.
- Recommends new products and services by evaluating current product options; identifying needs to be filled.
Qualifications:
- Must have a relevant Bachelor’s degree.
- Must have proven strength in the ability to grow sales and develop client relationships.
- Must have the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Flexibility to adapt to change in priorities.
- Must be persistent and motivated in sales.
