Our client, a leading conference and exhibition organizer is seeking to recruit an Account Sales Representative. The successful candidate must be self-confident and be able to interact with all levels of management in the course of contracting a sale of exhibition space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify markets and relevant target companies & organizations.
  • Initiates sales process by scheduling appointments; making an initial presentation by understanding client requirements.
  • Closes sales by building rapport with the potential client, explaining product and services, overcoming objections and preparing contracts.
  • Expand sales to existing clients by introducing and offering new exhibitions and additional services.
  • Relay information to Directors on market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from clients.
  • Recommends new products and services by evaluating current product options; identifying needs to be filled.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a relevant Bachelor’s degree.
  • Must have proven strength in the ability to grow sales and develop client relationships.
  • Must have the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Flexibility to adapt to change in priorities.
  • Must be persistent and motivated in sales.
