This became apparent through Muli’s social media page when she shared some old pictures from her past relationship with Mr Njuguna.
One of the pictures shows Lillian when she was heavily pregnant while the second snap shows the former lovebirds in a loving embrace.
She captioned the second pic: “Flashback with my baby’s father we were so wide eyed and ready to take on the world…beautiful memories…the hair though lol I can’t.”
“Way back when I was heavily preggers,” wrote Muli.
The two got married in a highly publicised wedding in September 2009 at the prestigious Windsor Golf and Country Club in Ridgeways, Nairobi.
They were subsequently blessed with a son.
On January 7, 2016, Ms Muli filed for divorce at the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Milimani in Nairobi. In the suit, she cited adultery, cruelty, and desertion from Kanene as the reasons behind her petition.
