Babu Owino falls for a fake Jaguar account

Embakasi East MP Babu Owino replied to a fake Twitter account that bore the image and name of his Starehe counterpart Charles ‘Jaguar’ Kanyi.

Babu had tweeted that he would pay the secondary school fees for the top three students in his constituency and ensure the other top performers are given CDF bursaries.

A fake Jaguar account replied to Babu’s tweet urging the legislator to concentrate on top performers from poor backgrounds.

Babu quickly responded saying the students from poor backgrounds would be catered for by the bursary program.

Tweeps noted the reply and some even queried if Babu and Jaguar were friends even after their public brawl at the parliament buildings.

Those who were clueless about the parody account were corrected by fellow tweeps.
