Our client, fast growing manufacturing company that offers quality, sustainable furniture’s is looking for a part-time Content Marketing Associate to be based in Mlolongo at least twice a week. The ideal candidate should be creative and draws inspirations from coming up with new ideas to engage and entertain company’s audience, passionate about brand building and development and are highly creative and excellent writers but can also be process-driven and rely on data to make decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help craft the Company story taking into accounts key customers’ insights.
  • Be a key representative of Company brand & help define Company voice & visual identity.
  • Propose & create new ideas for content marketing.
  • Help set company as a trailblazer in the industry.
  • Provide key inputs to Company online presence.
  • Help define & develop the customer’s buying journey.
  • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, social media and display advertising campaigns.
  • Measure (through analytics) & report performance of all digital marketing campaigns & assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Collaborating with graphic designer/team in obtaining right content for digital campaigns planned.

Qualification:

  • Must have at least 2 years’ experience in the digital marketing role.
  • Must have experience in measuring and driving online campaigns leveraging data analytics.
  • Must have the talent to see things from customers’ perspective and tell a story that makes people click.
  • Able to capture & refine a brand’s voice & visual identity through content marketing.
  • Must be exceptional project manager & able to come up & execute a content marketing plan.
  • You thrive when you are able to take initiative.
  • You are considered very self-managing & do best in an environment where you are given high-level goals.
  • You are confident in your own ability to perform and inspire others to perform.
  • You possess strong analytical toolkit, & you frequently apply quantitative analysis to decision-making.
