Our client, the largest Commercial Real Estate Service & Investment Firm are looking to a recruit a Facilities Coordinator to be based in a plant in Nairobi. The successful candidate MUST have an excellent background working in the manufacturing sector in a similar role. He /she would be required to have a good experience in soft service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational responsibility for the delivery of the facilities soft services across the entire suite.
  • Provide a positive, professional and seamless link between the various supply partner teams supporting the client.
  • Pro-active management of communal floor areas, including hubs, staircase & vend areas.
  • Work closely with receptionist to ensure visitors are responded to in a timely manner.
  • Engage with supply partners to ensure swift response to service requests.
  • Manage soft service related to work orders and user request.
  • Promote and share best practice between the organization & supply partners’ team.
  • Operate to the highest possible standards in relation to H&S Compliance.

Qualification:

  • Must have experience in a manufacturing plant.
  • Must have certification in H&S Compliance.
  • Must have a minimum of bachelor degree in Business Administration.
  • Must demonstrate a minimum of 4 years as a Facilities Coordinator.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Must be very presentable.
  • Must be willing to work in a dynamic and high-pressured environment.
