Our client, a dynamic family-owned Holding Company is looking to recruit an ICT Manager for the group. The successful candidate would be responsible for developing organization aligned ICT strategies to enable the business to achieve strategic and operational goals. He/she Must have relevant ICT Certification and be exposed to working in a high paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide vision, leadership and governance of the ICT department.
  • Participate in formulating & administering Company policies, directing and coordinating IT department.
  • Promote ICT policies, practices and decisions.
  • Define strategic plans for ICT.
  • Analyze the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs.
  • Lead, motivate and develop the capability of the ICT team.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of the ICT team.
  • Ensure reliability and availability of ICT services.
  • Responsible for planning, preparing and allocating the ICT department budget.

Qualification:

  • Must have a bachelor degree in IT or related field.
  • Must have ICT certification such as CISCO, CISA, CISM and MCITP
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience and two of this should be in senior management.
  • Must be a natural leader who would be willing to train & mentor a team.
  • Relevant experience in implementing an ERP system in a medium/large size enterprise.
  • Experience managing networks & IT infrastructure.
  • Must be willing to work Monday to Saturday ( Full Day).
