Netizens react to WhatsApp glitch with funny memes

A temporary glitch by WhatsApp on Friday morning that led to its users being unable to send or receive messages evoked hilarious reactions from online users.

The glitch was characterised by a total failure to send or receive texts, images, videos or make calls happened shortly after 11am East Africa Time Zone.

Normal service was restored after an hour. But not before netizens had their say on the matter:
