The Supreme Court has upheld President Uhuru Kenyatta’s victory in a decision delivered Monday morning.

In a unanimous decision, Chief Justice David Maraga said that the two petitions by lawyer Njonjo Mue and politician Harun Mwau lacked merit.

Immediately after, Jubilee leaders inside the court were seen hugging and celebrating inside the Supreme Court.
