Technical Service Manager

Our client, the largest Commercial Real Estate Service & Investment Firm are looking for a recruit a Technical Service Manager to be based in a plant in Nairobi. The successful candidate MUST have a strong Engineering background. He/she would be required to ensure effective, safe and reliable supply of FM services i.e. Operational, office services, gardening, waste disposal, boiler maintenance, mechanical equipment and utilities management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Single point of contact responsible for the overall contract delivery and success.
• Responsible for developing positive relationships with the client and key stakeholders.
• Chair monthly operations and finance reviews.
• Maintain primary responsibility for hiring, training, compensation and performance tracking of employees.
• Manage and control 3rd party suppliers e.g. catering & beverage, cleaning & consumable.
• Responsible for housekeeping and health & safety.
• Responsible for project management.

Qualification:

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Proven knowledge of local HSE standards and regulations.
• Proven experience in FM service provision.
• Proven multi discipline technical experience in manufacturing environment.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Ability to work in multicultural environment.
• Must have worked in a high paced organization.
