Babu Owino Now In Hot Soup.

Embakasi member of Parliament is in hot soup after a voter moved to court seeking him to be removed from office due to his conduct.

The voter who goes by the name Benard Momanyi filed a petition citing that Babu Owino should be removed from office for fighting Starehe Member of parliament Jaguar.

In His petition, Mr. Benard says that Hon Babu Owino attempted to fight Hon Charles Kanyi within parliament matters that are under the public domain.

Contrary to paragraph 7(a) of the code of members of parliament by engaging in a public scuffle with the member for Starehe Hon  Babu Owino did not uphold the dignity and integrity of the house.
