Our client a dynamic Pan-African Mobile Commerce Business is looking to recruit an Oracle Developer & Senior Enterprise Systems, Analyst. The organization runs an ecosystem of consumers, merchants, mobile wallets and banks in which they facilitate payments and other value-added services. They are currently in the closing stages of implementing their 1st ERP and Oracle Data Warehouse. With the above in mind, they are looking for a talented Oracle developer with excellent ERP implementation and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the strategy, deployment, and performance of ERP System.
- Acquire custody of all technical know-how in the possession of the ERP vendors.
- Focus on the rapidly operationalizing the Finance function that covers Finance, Payroll, and Business Metrics Reporting.
- Review the adequacy of internal IT support i.e. uptime, reliability, and storage.
- Develop a comprehensive project and post-project plan including budget.
- Develop a vision for the organization ERP that enhances automation of processes, the convergence of data, support business objectives and collaboration across teams.
- Develop and oversee the Enterprise Systems Team’s short, medium and long-term goals.
- Assess all current Enterprise Systems and determine their impact to the business.
- Identify business processes that can be improved through automation and drive solutions with relevant teams.
- Provide training and support for end-users.
Qualification:
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science.
- Must be willing to work in a high paced environment.
- Candidates with international experience will have an added advantage.
- Must have a Fintech, banking or telecommunication background.
- Must demonstrate experience is an Oracle Developer.
- Candidates with BI experience will have a natural advantage.
