Our client a manufacturing company based in Kitengela is seeking to recruit an Administrative Assistant to provide full administrative and HR support to the organization. He/she must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all licensing and permits are up to date.
  • Collating and coordinating daily and weekly reports for the Director.
  • Updating daily waste sheets and P&L.
  • Handling customer inquiries.
  • Familiarization with the point of sale software.
  • Ordering and purchasing of supplies.
  • Managing of cafĂ©.
  • Internal administration of HR issues.

Qualification:

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Must have at least 5 years working experience in a similar environment.
  • Must have a solid and proven office management background.
  • Must possess the ability to multitask.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Must possess good communication skills.
