Our client a manufacturing company based in Kitengela is seeking to recruit an Administrative Assistant to provide full administrative and HR support to the organization. He/she must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all licensing and permits are up to date.
- Collating and coordinating daily and weekly reports for the Director.
- Updating daily waste sheets and P&L.
- Handling customer inquiries.
- Familiarization with the point of sale software.
- Ordering and purchasing of supplies.
- Managing of café.
- Internal administration of HR issues.
Qualification:
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Must have at least 5 years working experience in a similar environment.
- Must have a solid and proven office management background.
- Must possess the ability to multitask.
- Must be computer literate.
- Must possess good communication skills.
