Sales Executives – FMCG

Our client, an FMCG Company with a range of Beauty care and cosmetic products is seeking to recruit Sales Executives for their Nairobi branch. The successful candidate MUST have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in field sales. Experience selling perfumes/ cosmetic/skin & beauty care products is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Daily operations and tasks of the store.
• Conduct market research to understand the opportunities and customers.
• Develop strategies and plans to support the business growth.
• Provide professional customer care to walk in clients in the store.
• Aide in selection and organize for deliveries if necessary and after sale service.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must have a Diploma of Degree in business related field.
• Must have 2 years’ experience in field sales.
• Experience selling Beauty & Cosmetic products is an added advantage.
• Must be aged 20 – 35 years old.
• Strong influencing ability and compelling communication skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Computer literate.
• Must be self-driven.
• Must possess good negotiation skills.
