Our client living in Kilifi county is looking to recruit a Live-in Male Household Manager. The potential candidate must have at least a Diploma in Hotel Management or related field. He should have basic culinary, table setting, housekeeping and management experience skills. He must have a minimum of 10 years’ experience working for expatriates as a House Manager in Palacio Residences and with ability to cook British dishes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring a high standard of cleanliness.
  • Scheduling home maintenance and repair work and supervising the project.
  • Preparing British dishes for the family.
  • Running errands and performing necessary tasks.
  • Handling household administrative duties.
  • Supervision of other household staff.
  • Oversight of an employer’s finances and valuables.

Qualifications:

  • Must be willing to relocate to Kilifi County and live in the employer’s residence.
  • Must have 10 years of experience as a House Manager for expatriates with experience in preparing British dishes.
  • Must have at least a Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
  • Must have a solid and proven house management background.
  • Must possess good inventory management skills.
  • Must possess good staff management skills.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have basic culinary and table setting skills.
