Baristas – Kuwait, UAE

Our client a well-established multicultural Coffee shop in Kuwait City is looking to hire Baristas. The ideal candidate must have experience in hand crafting beverages, texturing milk & Latte art skills. It is a legal requirement by UAE that all workers Must undergo medical examination I.e. HIV, syphilis, TB, Hepatitis and Yellow fever. In addition to this, candidates with international experience will have a distinct advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Following prescribed recipes to prepare & serve coffee drinks.
• Inventory management.
• Comply with healthy and safety regulations.
• Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, utensils & equipment.
• Checking temperatures of all kitchen equipment to ensure they are functioning properly.

Qualifications:

•  Must have a Diploma in Food and beverage service.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years’ international experience in a similar position.
• Must have a valid good conduct certificate.
• Must have a valid travel passport.
• Must have a clean bill of health.
• Must have experience in hand crafting beverages, texturing milk and Latte art skills.
• Must be willing to work in arduous conditions – heat & humidity.
