Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage all F&B outlets in order to achieve excellent customer satisfaction, quality service, compliance with corporate policies and procedures and local regulations while meeting/exceeding financial goals.
- Responsible for the short and long-term planning and managing the operations of the Restaurants, Room Service, Bars and caterings.
- Recommends promotional ideas and procedural changes.
- Prepares forecasts, implements, and monitors and controls the budgets for the various outlets.
- Excellent comprehension for assisting with guest and associate matters.
- Interpreting instructions from customers, associates, and managers.
- Requires advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the food and beverage profession.
- Experiential knowledge required for management of people and/or complex problems and food and beverage management.
- Excellent comprehension required to read and implement policies and procedures; writing schedules and reading forecast and SOPs.
- Thorough knowledge of the food and Beverages.
- Ability to create, modify department and related company/hotel policies and procedures and the ability to determine course of action based on these guidelines.
- Ability to compile and analyze facts and figures for business reporting.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years in F&B Managerial position in a rated 4 or 5 star hotel.
- Degree in relevant field, or Diploma from accredited hospitality institutions with progressive career experience in the F&B department.
- Must have excellent oral communication for communicating with guests and associates, issuing instructions and communicating policies.
- Must have knowledge of food safety and chemicals/agents for training purposes.
- Excellent people management skills and knowledge.
