Sales consultant – Nairobi

Our client, a big data service provider company in Nairobi is looking for a qualified sales consultant. The successful candidates Must have 5 years’ experience in retail (ex: shop manager), to handle customer experience workshops targeting shop owners and marketing managers in retail industry in Kenya.

Key responsibilities:
• Prepare workshops once a week
• Interview candidates over the phone
• Present workshop once a week
• Follow up on workshop participants to sell data services (An online platform using customer data to create personalized promotions)

Qualifications:
• Relevant Diploma/degree.
• Must have over 5 years of experience working in a retail space
• Must have worked as a shop manager
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Have excellent English communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Computer literate
