Stakeholder Engagement Supervisor- Turkana, Kenya

Our client, a professional services business that delivers projects, provides expertise in engineering, procurement and construction, is looking for a Stakeholder Engagement Supervisor to be based in Turkana. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating all non-governmental stakeholder engagement i.e. communities, civil society, religious groups etc. As part of this role, the Stakeholder Engagement Supervisor will work closely with the Communication team to ensure consistency and relevance of key messaging, timely availability of the appropriate engagement collateral. He/She will report to the Field Social Performance Manager. Strong preference for someone from Turkana.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a team of stakeholder engagement officers
• Planning and coordination of all Non Governmental stakeholder engagements

Qualifications/skills:
• Degree qualified in a relevant discipline
• Minimum of 5-10 years experience in a similar role
• Fluent in local language
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good people management skills
