Client Relationship Manager- Nairobi, Kenya

Our client, an award-winning creative Media Agency, offering high quality digital and BTL marketing, photography, videography and promotions are looking to recruit a well experienced and energetic Client Relationship Manager. The successful candidate will be required to create and nurture long-term relationships with clients. He/she will be expected to resolve any issues that arise to ensure clients are satisfied with the organization’s services. The desired candidate Must have at least 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing / Business Development / Client relationship Management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Selling of media services to prospective clients.
• Create plans to address clients’ needs
• Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
• Study competition to find new ways to retain customers
• Set sales and revenue targets and work diligently to meet them
• Preparation of quotations, presentations and bids.
• Conducting site surveys.
• Pricing of company services in line with company policy.
• Client relationship management and retention.
• Conducting sales reports.
• Timely delivery of tenders, prequalification and response to RFQs.
• Meeting product targets in turnover and gross margin.

Qualification:
• Must have a bachelor’s degree in a Business related course.
• Must have professional training in Sales and Marketing.
• Must have over 5 years proven experience in Sales and Marketing/Business Development / Client Relationship Management.
• Technical skills in BTL is mandatory.
• Must possess negotiation, decision making, business orientation and customer service skills.
• Must have planning, coordination, work monitoring and problem resolution skills.
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms
