Deputy President William Ruto on Sunday did what many might consider impossible. He attended three different functions within hours in different counties.
It included a 10 kilometre marathon run in Nyeri, a church service and then a chopper ride to attend Safari Sevens final in Nairobi.
The DP started the day by participating in the Dr Wahome Gakuru Memorial Half Marathon where he won gold in a time of slightly over an hour.

Then afterwards he attended a church service the Presbyterian Church of East Africa (PCEA) Gaaki Parish, Tetu, still in Nyeri County.

And in the afternoon, he flew back to Nairobi attend the Safari Sevens final match in Nairobi.
Kenya continues to distinguish itself in various sporting disciplines; creating heroes and role models for the youth. Sport is an effective tool for unity and patriotism. #Safaris7s pic.twitter.com/4KnOcSx1IA

A hawk eyed Kenyan could not believe how the DP could pull such a tough routine, all in a day’s work.
“7am doing a half marathon in Nyeri. 11am was in Church. 4pm cheering 7s at Ngong road.”
This man WSR.

Kenyans came in and also shared their thoughts of DP Ruto’s work routine.
Quite unreasonable of me but anything that even remotely makes this guy look decent grossly upsets me.

This effort should replicate in uplifting the living standards of majority of Kenyans who go hungry because of endemic corruption by this regime.
