Service Technician (Access Point) – Qatar

Our client, a global provider of Premium Access Solutions and Services to enable better buildings is looking to recruit a Service Technician. The person will be charged with repair, maintenance and installation of automatic, industrial and manual door systems. The ideal candidate must have experience in elevator or service control door maintenance and repairs. He/she must have a valid driving license and passport.

Key Responsibilities:
• Installing a variety of automatic, industrial and manual door systems for customers.
• Service maintenance and repair of automatic door systems.
• Dealing with problems as quickly and efficiently as possible.
• Provide a highly satisfactory service to customers.
• Technical support to customers.

Qualifications:
• Must have a Diploma in Engineering.
• Must have experience in the servicing & maintenance of automatic doors, elevators or access control.
• Must have good knowledge of IT systems.
• Must have a valid driving license.
• Ability to work alone and within a team.
• Must have a valid travel passport.
•nMust have electrical, mechanical and electronic skills.
• Knowledge and understanding of products, power and hand tools to complete required service & repair.
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
