A hilarious video which was filmed last year, of a man under the influence of alcohol and refusing to take an alcohol breathalyser test is currently trending for obvious reasons.
The unidentified man became an online sensation for the way he tried defending himself from arrest by the police.
This happened in the coastal city of Kilifi where police conducted a crackdown to arrest motorists driving under the influence.

Interestingly, the video has made a comeback now as we prepare to get into the festive season, at time of the year when most people overindulge themselves in food and drink.
The month of December has even by christened Drink-December by some.
Kenyans of Twitter had a field day creating memes from the video but also advising each other not to overindulge during the festive season.
