A busy medium sized Nairobi Law firm is seeking to recruit a suitably qualified Advocate. The successful candidate MUST be an admitted Advocate with 2 – 3 years post qualification experience within a busy law firm specializing in conveyancing/commercial/ securities.

Responsibilities
• Drafting conveyancing documentation and handling all aspects of land transactions
• Drafting securities documentation and handling all aspects of such transactions
• Drafting general commercial documentation

Qualifications
• Must be an Advocate of the High Court
• Ability to work as a team
• Have an eye for detail and be analytical
• Hardworking and diligent
• Self-motivated
• Good planning and time management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
