Dreaded undercover crime buster, Hessy wa Dandora, has vowed to finish off the criminal elements who are know for terrorizing Nairobians on specific locations within the city’s Central Business District.
In a Facebook post, Hessy has mapped out at least four areas within Nairobi’s CBD from where he claims the said criminals operate.
Hessy singled out Luthuli Avenue, Accra Road, and the areas around the Kenya National Archives and Odeon Cinema as the most insecure spots within the CBD.

“Luthuli Avenue, Archives, Accra kwa corner na Odeon hapo kwa choo leo naleta show to your backyards. Naskia hawa wajinga waliamulia watu hizo area. Kutoka 8pm hakukaliki,” Hessy wrote.
The shadowy crime buster claims the said areas are the favourite spots for criminals, who are known for taking over the streets from 8pm on a nightly basis.
