Our client, a well-established Contracting Company dealing with plumbing, drainage and fire protection services is looking to recruit an Imports & Exports Clerk. The successful candidate must be knowledgeable about imports and exports processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with suppliers and clearing agents.
- Coordinating import bookings.
- Completion and administration of all relevant import documentation.
- Preparing Purchase Orders in the system.
- Imports Tracker Report.
- Organising Collection report and following up with customer for payment.
- Have basic knowledge about Accounting & Excel.
Qualifications:
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in clearing and forwarding.
- Must have at least 1-year experience in a similar position.
- Must have knowledge in imports, export processes.
- Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet strict deadline.
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
