Our client, a Media company is looking to recruit for Team Leader (Content & Partnership Management). The successful candidates Must have 3- 5 years’ experience in a similar role. Additional working experience in a Media/ Advertising company will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Preparation including advertising.
  • Main point of contact for Channel Head.
  • Strategic scheduling of shows and on are elements.
  • Understanding compactors to be ahead, Trendsetter.
  • Understanding customer/ viewer concerns and reviewing suggestions in regard to scheduling.
  • Standing in for channel heads.
  • Weekly/monthly meetings with channel head to discuss special events.
  • Metadata preparation and management.
  • Content ingestions to the CMS according to the supported format.
  • Platform data analysis, insights and reporting.
  • 3rd party content onboarding.
  • Level 2 technical support and operations.
  • Technical skill to manage infrastructure (Encoder and Transcoder).
  • Managing daily channel programming.
  • Assist in daily with daily channel scheduling.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a relevant bachelor’s degree.
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
  • Must have 3- 5 years of experience.
  • Background in Advertising and Media.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Have excellent English communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
  • Must be a good Team Leader.
